Are there any additional costs?
We charge a booking fee for all reservations. The booking fee may vary depending on the activity. The booking fee is listed on the activity page of the website (below the price). You’ll see the total booking fee clearly displayed when you enter the details (number of participants, etc.) under “Book an outing.”
What if the weather is bad?
Of course, the weather might not cooperate. To ensure peace of mind, you can choose to purchase the Flex Deal when making your reservation, which allows you to reschedule your outing up to 2 hours before it is set to begin.
What happens to the photos taken during a game?
All photos are deleted immediately after an activity. On rare occasions, a game leader may ask for permission to post a photo on, for example, our Facebook page or our website. However, this is done only with explicit consent. In all other cases, everything is deleted immediately afterward.

How long does a city game last?
When you make your reservation, you choose your own start time, and from that moment on, you have 3 hours to complete the activity. This time includes a (short) break.
What is the starting point of the game?
There is no set starting point. As long as you're in the city center, you can start anywhere!
What is the end point of the game?
The end point is determined based on your starting point and the riddles. Therefore, it is not known in advance.
Is anyone here? How else are we supposed to start?
The Citygames (the games played via WhatsApp) are supervised remotely by an instructor or game guide, so none of our staff will be on-site. You can call the game guide in advance, and he or she will explain how to get started.
Does every group have to call the whatsapp game instructor?
No, only one person from the entire group needs to call.
Where can i park my car?
The game is being played in the city center, so there is undoubtedly plenty of parking available both in and around the city.
What is a city game?
Stad Unique’s city games feature photo locations. The group receives a map in advance showing the playing area (which is in the city center) and photo locations.
During the game, the goal is to find as many photo locations as possible, take a group selfie at each one, and send it to the game leader via WhatsApp. Depending on the city game, these locations may be in a fixed order, or the group may be allowed to determine the route themselves.
